Why Adopt A Rescue
Available for Adoption
You would not believe what I've been through! Somehow I got hurt really bad; my neck hurt so much and I ran as fast as I could away from that place! A kind lady saw me running in the road and stopped her car and I jumped in! She saw I was hurt so she called sheltie rescue, the people said they could help me and the kind lady took me to them. I saw the vet, who did surgery to fix the hole in my neck and then I went to a nice house to get better. Here I am! My name is Scout, and I am a good boy! My coat is coming back in beautifully! I am about 40 lbs, full of love and wagging tail! The vet thinks I'm about 8 years old. I walk well on a leash. I love everybody; I forgive the people who hurt me and I'm ready to move on with my life! I like cats and dogs and even kids! The rescue people told me that I deserve the very best home. I would love to have a family and a fenced yard! I am ready to go! Scout is being fostered in Kearneysville, WV.
Scout has gone to his new forever home with a wonderful family in MD.
