Why Adopt A Rescue
Available for Adoption
Bandit came into rescue very overweight. That and his improper diet caused some minor health issues which are getting better every day as his weight goes down and he gets a proper diet. Bandit is very attached to women, with men he’s a bit reserved unless there is a woman nearby. Then he often goes to the men to play. Bandit loves to play catch and tug of war. He also loves kids, but he would do better in a home without small children who might accidentally hurt him. He loves belly rubs and will often become a love bug as you watch TV, he is not a high energy dog so far. Bandit is house trained but he needs encouragement to go outside, he doesn’t like to be outside for any longer than necessary although he does stay out longer after dark. Bandit is learning basic commands and we are working on his separation anxiety. Bandit is still a young dog at six years old. With a little love, care, and patience we believe Bandit will make a loving addition to an adoptive family .
Bandit has gone to his new forever home with a wonderful family in PA.
